1. How fresh is the beer I order from you?
We brew our beer in short, regular intervals. Thus, we can always guarantee you fresh beer.


2. Which BBD (best before date) do the beers have?
As a rule, we give a maximum of 4 months after brewing. Of course, the beer will still be edible afterwards, provided you store it cool and dark.


3. Can I be sure that the order arrives intact?
We ship our goods in special cardboard boxes for shipping beer. Should it nevertheless come to a transport damage, we assure you a fast and uncomplicated damage handling.


4. What are the delivery times?
Shipment will be initiated immediately after receipt of payment and will take place within a few days. At the latest after seven working days the beer should be with you. If delivery delays occur, we will inform you in good time. With each order that is prepared for shipping, you will receive a message from DPD or Hermes, with which you can follow the shipment history on the Internet.


5. Is the bottle deposit already included in the prices?
For our beer bottles, the deposit of € 0.08 is included. You get it back to almost every beverage retailer in Germany. (You can even get back € 0.10 if you have your bottles picked up by us or put them in one of our warehouses.) No deposit will be charged for party kegs, siphon bottles and magnum bottles.
For the catering needs we use 30 liters and 50 liters KEGs. These are sold with additional deposit of 30,00 €.


6. Can I cancel my order?
As an online retailer, we are subject to the laws in force in Germany. Therefore, you can of course withdraw from your purchase and send the goods back to us.


7. What payment options do you offer?
As a rule, we ship against advance payment. In addition, we offer the possibility of payment using the two established service providers PayPal and Klarna.de (Sofortbanking), as well as credit card and Bitcoin. Payment by direct debit or by invoice is only possible for regular customers.


8. Do you also ship abroad?
Shipping to EU countries is possible without problems in a few days. Shipments to non-EU countries are carried out as well, but the customer has to bear the respective costs of customs clearance and beer tax as soon as a request from the customs office is received.

10. Can I attach a greeting message to the shipment?
Yes! We record your personal (short) message on the delivery note and attach it to the order for free. Please enter the text at the end of the order in the field "comments".
